  • How do Annanké online interior design kits work?

Annanké online interior design kits are made so that anyone can easily access an interior design service. The plans are designed to help you find what you need. Choose the one that best suits you, and with just one click get your personalized interior design.

  • What are the differences between each online interior design kit?

In Annanké we offer kits that will adapt to each of the needs of our customers, therefore, we have created three plans that include additional services up to the most complete plan. If you have doubts about what each one includes, go to the Plans section.

  • What does each online interior design kit include?

You can find the details of what is included in each kit in the kits section.

  • Can I combine different services?

Annanké kits can be combined with other services, however, different kits cannot be combined. In case you do wish to combine services, you must add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. 

  • What do I receive when I purchase a Kit?

In the Kits section you will be able to access the description of each Kit, where you will find a detailed description of what each one consists of, what it includes and what you will receive. The project will be sent to you in digital format to the indicated email address.

  • What does Other Services consist of

You will be able to see the details of each one in the Services section.​​


  • What does the Annanké Style Test consist of?

The Annanké style test consists of a series of questions in which you must choose the option that best suits your tastes. We will show you prints, figures, photographs of spaces, among others, to find out which decoration styles identify you. Plus, it's a fun way to get to know yourself! Once your style test is finished and your plan is contracted, we will receive your results. This will make our design proposals totally personalized.

  • How does the Annanké Style Test work?

To take the style test, go to Home and click on the "Take style test" button. Please note that in order to access the test you must have previously created an account. Once inside your account, you will be able to take the style test as many times as you want.

It's important when completing the style test to think about the things you (or the people who will be using the space) like and the personality you want the space to reflect, so you can take the style test as many times as you like to make sure you're happy with your results. 

  • Can I take the style test more than once?

Yes, of course, you can do the style test as many times as you want. Remember that what you want for each of your spaces may change, or you may change over time and you may want to do it again and get to know yourself better at each stage. 

  • What are the delivery times?

Delivery times will depend on each service.

In the case of Online Kits, we commit to send you your design within a maximum of 8 working days from the moment we have received all the necessary information to start the interior design project, which may differ from the date of purchase. Please note that this period may be extended due to revisions and changes required by the client.

For the rest of the services, the delivery or end of project, work or service deadlines will be specific in each case and will be coordinated with each client.

  • What if I live in rental housing?

This is important only in the case of integral reforms, since in the rest of the services structures are not touched. 
In case you want to make a reform in a rented property, make sure you know what your tenant allows you to do in the space, in this way, we can adapt to the limitations that you indicate us.

  • How should I measure my space?

In case the selected service asks you for measurements, you must measure each wall (width and height) and tell us where there are windows and their measurements. 

Tip: You can use a mobile app to measure if it is easier for you.


  • What do I need to have on hand before I start?

The information required will depend on each service, but don't worry, we will let you know exactly what we need to provide you with the best service.

In general, you should have the measurements of your space, know what budget you have, and take the style test. And most importantly, you want to have a beautiful space! 

  • How do I contract a service?

To contract a service you must go to the Services section, select the service you want to contract and click on "Buy." Once you have selected all the services you want to hire, you must access the Shopping Cart and select one of the available payment methods. You will receive a confirmation email and we will contact you to coordinate the start of the project.

  • When do I have to pay?

Payment must be made at the time of contracting any of the services, with the exception of the integral reform.

In all cases the payment will be in advance and in a single payment, with the exception of integral reforms, in which the payment conditions must be previously agreed for each client.

  • Can I cancel a purchase I have already made?

In case you regret the purchase of a plan or you have purchased the wrong plan or service, you can change or cancel your plan or service. We invite you to consult our general terms and conditions to find out how to do it. 

  • Do I have to schedule a day and time for services such as Online Consulting or Home Staging?

That's right, in both cases it is necessary to coordinate an appointment, either for the online consultation or for the in-person home staging. Once the service is purchased, we will contact you to set a day and time that suits you.

  • What happens if I am not satisfied with the project received?

We do our best to guarantee satisfaction in all our services, that's why we make maximum emphasis on knowing each client in depth and having all the information related to the space, relying on communication to receive feedback as we move forward in the project.
It is very important that you follow the steps we indicate at the beginning of each service and that you provide as much detail and information as possible so that we can take into account all the necessary considerations.
