Consequently, the user of the website must carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Use each time he/she intends to use the website, as the text may be modified at the discretion of the owner of the website, or due to a change in legislation, jurisprudence or business practice.

The provision and use of the portal is understood to be subject to strict compliance with the terms contained in these conditions of use of the portal.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The use of the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in these General Terms and Conditions. Consequently, the user of the website must carefully read the General Contracting Conditions each time he/she intends to contract any service offered through the website, since the text could be modified at the discretion of the owner of the website, or due to a change in legislation, jurisprudence or business practice.

 

These general contracting conditions regulate all the services offered through the website, except for the Integral Reform service, which shall be governed by the clauses defined in the contract signed by the intervening parties.


 

Payment

Payment for all services, with the exception of the Comprehensive Reform, must be made in advance and in a single payment, through any of the payment methods available at the time of contracting. 

 

Cooling-off period, cancellations and refunds

The deadline for the request and cancellation of a service purchased through the website is 14 days from the date of contracting the service through the website. If the "cooling-off period" ends on a non-business day, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

The purchaser of the service (hereinafter, the customer), will lose the right to a refund once the provision of the service has been initiated, and/or when the customer has started downloading online content included in the service at the time the purchase was confirmed, thus losing the right of withdrawal.


It shall be understood that Annanké shall initiate the provision of the service once the client has provided by email, telephone or instant mobile messaging (WhatsApp), information and/or documentation previously required for the development and performance of the service contracted by the client.

 

Revisions and corrections

The services contracted by the client through the website shall be entitled to a revision and correction when the service includes the delivery of graphic material as part of the provision of the service and/or includes the development of an interior design project (hereinafter, project). Otherwise, no revisions or corrections will be accepted.

 

Review" shall be understood as the interaction between the client and Annanké at the time that Annanké deems appropriate, and when such time does not coincide with the start of the provision of the service, at which time the client must express its conformity and/or those elements or points that are not to its liking, and may make all the suggestions it deems appropriate. The client will have a period of 5 (five) working days to express its conformity or request modifications, after which time, it will be understood unequivocally the acceptance of the client of the graphic material delivered by Annanké as the objective of the review process.

 

Correction" shall be understood as those modifications made by Annanké and reflected in the final project as a result of the "revision" made.

 

In case Annanké deems it convenient, it may perform more than one review to ensure that the provision of the service meets the quality standards defined in the internal processes.

 

No suggestions or modification requests from the client will be accepted once the correction process has been initiated.


The correction process shall be understood to have begun 24 hours immediately following the revision.


Documentation and information required for the development and completion of the Service

Annanké will explicitly require all documentation and/or information necessary for the delivery of the Final Project. This requirement may be made by different means, such as email or instant mobile messaging (WhatsApp), including downloadable material available at the time of purchase of the service.


The client must provide all the information and documentation required by Annanké, in addition to that which the client considers relevant, for the generation of the graphic material included in the service and/or the development of the contracted project. Said information and/or documentation must be sent to Annanké by means of the e-mail address provided on the website and/or by using the digital forms provided by Annanké. 


The customer must send the information and documentation required by Annanké in a timely manner and within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) working days from the recruitment and / or payment of the service. In case of exceeding this period, the client tacitly and unequivocally declares the withdrawal of the contracted service, entailing the loss of the payment made for having exceeded the "cooling off period" of 14 days.

 

Annanké is not responsible for the omissions made by the client and for the impact generated by the same in the Final Project, being purely and exclusively the responsibility of the client to provide the documentation and/or information required by Annanké, and that which it believes relevant, in the instances defined by Annanké and explicitly notified at the time of contracting the service.

The customer must send the information and documentation required by Annanké in a timely manner and within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) working days from the recruitment and / or payment of the service. In case of exceeding this period, the client tacitly and unequivocally declares the withdrawal of the contracted service, entailing the loss of the payment made for having exceeded the "cooling off period" of 14 days.

 

Acceptance and/or approval of the Final Project

The client will consider the final project as accepted and/approved and will not be able to make any modifications and/or claims related to the project once it has been completed.

 

It will be understood that the project has been completed once Annanké has sent the Downloadable Dossier of the project to the e-mail address provided by the client in the registration process and/or purchase of the service.

 

Delivery and/or effective provision of the service

The provision of the services contracted through Annanké's website will be made through digital and/or face-to-face means as indicated in the description of the service on the website.

 

The delivery of graphic material as part of the provision of the service will be made in digital format and by e-mail to the contact e-mail address provided by the client during the registration process and/or purchase of the service.

The provision of the service will be finalized once Annanké has sent the final project and all the material included in the description of the service on the website, or when the service has been provided in the time and manner previously agreed with the client.

 

Deadlines for delivery and/or service provision

Delivery times will depend, in all cases, on the service contracted and on the availability of the client to coordinate the appointment and/or the sending of documentation and/or information required for the provision of the service, and no delivery times can be guaranteed for the provision of the services offered through the website.

Annanké undertakes to comply with the following term in the provision of the services of Online Plans:

  • 3 (three) working days for the delivery of the Moodboard and Pantone (color palette), counted from the date on which the client has sent and filled in all the documentation and information required for the development and completion of the contracted service.

  • 5 (five) working days for the delivery of the Final Project, counted from the date on which the client has sent and filled in all the documentation and information required in the Review and Correction process.
